Shipping & Returns
Returns: Your satisfaction is very important to me! All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, While all my jewelry is made with quality construction techniques and are durable when used for their intended purpose, I can not guarantee against mishap. If an item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, contact me within 30 days. I do not accept returns on custom or special orders. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return.
Payment:
All transactions are handled by PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards for payment. Use your existing PayPal account or create a new account. All credit card security is handled by PayPal. .
Determination for replacement or refund will be made.
I normally ship orders within the US by US Postal Service. Generally, delivery is within 4 days depending on if the item is an custom order or already in stock. Custom items will ship as soon as the design and pieces are ordered and in which would be within 7-14 days. Please keep in mind that all pieces are handmade. An email will be sent as soon as custom items are shipped.

This website is for persons over the age of 13 who purchase items with a credit or debit cards and we do not knowingly collect personal information from or about children under 13 except as relating to a specific order for products or services.
